Get All The Productive Resources Or Capitals You Can

Productive resources refers to the various inputs or capitals that are used to create wealth. We are here to create value and provide service. In order to do this, we obtain training or education. With education and training we acquire the skills needed to solve problems, create value and provide service. When we have opportunity to use our skill in an employment, we are appreciated and rewarded with income in the form of salaries or wages. When we keep getting these rewards over time, they begin to accumulate, and the result is wealth --- an abundance of material things or money.
Now take a look at the process that resulted in wealth: You needed a skill which you obtained through education or training; the skill enables you to solve problems, deliver value or provide services. And you were able to do that in an employment which provided you with a platform to put your skill to work.  And then you were appreciated and rewarded with income in form of salaries or wages. The rewards accumulated and became abundant (i.e. wealth). You can decide to do whatever you like with your wealth (i.e. to use it to achieve goals). You may decide to use it to enjoy yourself, to acquire assets, develop yourself further (i.e. obtain more training) or even invest part of it to get more wealth.
You can see here that the process of creating wealth requires inputs:
1.      Time, energy and resources you put into education and training.
2.      The skill you put into work to deliver value, solve problems or provide service. After you were rewarded, you still invested part of your rewards to create more wealth. In other words, you invested
3.      Financial or Material wealth to create more wealth. These inputs are the productive resources or capitals you need to create wealth.
You can also see that wealth comes from the rewards you get for the services you render. Hence if you want to enjoy a life of service reward and achievement, you must obtain all the capitals you need. Note that a major cause of unemployment is not always the lack of job, but lack of skill needed to take up available jobs. So you must undergo training to acquire the skill you need in the work place.
